It offers a range of dental, vision, and hearing coverage for up to $1,250 per year.

The plan offers an optional, optional vision coverage, and a $2,000 annual deductible.

With an annual deductible of up to 25% of the premiums, the PetPlus plan can help pay for most dental and vision services.

In 2018, the premium for the PetPets dental coverage was $11.50 per month for a 3-year coverage period.

However, if you lose your coverage in 2019, you may be eligible for an additional $100.
